Export And Import Of Irradiation Companies in Malaysia

The process of exporting and importing irradiation companies in Malaysia is a bit complicated. There are many requirements that need to be met in order to be able to operate an irradiation company in Malaysia. One of the most important requirements is to have a valid licence from the Malaysian Nuclear Agency (MNA).

The MNA is the regulatory body in Malaysia responsible for the safety and security of nuclear and radiation facilities. They are also responsible for issuing licences to irradiation companies. In order to get a licence from the MNA, an irradiation company must first submit an application.

The application must include a detailed business plan, financial statements, and a list of the company's directors and shareholders. Once the application is submitted, the MNA will conduct a review and may request additional information.

After the MNA has reviewed the application and is satisfied that the company meets all the requirements, they will issue a licence. The licence will be valid for a period of five years and can be renewed.

Once a company has been licensed by the MNA, they can then begin to export and import irradiation products. There are two types of products that can be exported: radioactive materials and non-radioactive materials.
