To Carry On The Business Of An Investment Company Companies in Malaysia

Carrying on the business of an investment company in Malaysia is subject to the Companies Act 2016 and the Investment Companies Act 1983.

The Companies Act 2016 requires that a company must have at least 2 directors, a company secretary, and a registered office in Malaysia. The company must also maintain a statutory register of members and directors, and file annual returns with the Registrar of Companies.
