(1) Transfer and crediting on 22 March 2022 upon Vesting on 16 March 2022 of 228,500 ordinary shares granted on 16 March 2018 under the 2018 Restricted Share Plan ("RSP") Grant of Genting Malaysia Berhad's 2018 Long Term Incentive Plan ("2018 Scheme");

(2) Transfer and crediting on 22 March 2022 upon Third Vesting on 16 March 2022 of 490,333 ordinary shares granted on 18 March 2019 under the 2019 Performance Share Plan ("PSP") Grant of the 2018 Scheme; 

(3) Transfer and crediting on 22 March 2022 upon Vesting on 16 March 2022 of 504,700 ordinary shares granted on 18 March 2019 under the 2019 RSP Grant of the 2018 Scheme; and

(4) Transfer and crediting on 22 March 2022 upon First and Second Vesting on 16 March 2022 of 314,800 ordinary shares granted on 16 March 2020 under the 2020 PSP Grant of the 2018 Scheme.
