MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING

On behalf of the Board of Directors (“Board”) of Greatech Technology Berhad (“Greatech Technology” or “Company” or “Acquirer”), Affin Hwang Investment Bank Berhad (“Affin Hwang IB”) wishes to announce that the Company had on 10 August 2022 entered into a memorandum of understanding (“MOU”) with Garreth Finlay and Fergus Hynes (collectively referred to as “Vendors”) in relation to the proposed acquisition of 60% equity interest in Kaon Automation Limited (“Kaon Automation” or “Target”) (“Proposed Acquisition”).
