The Board of Directors of WCT Holdings Berhad (“WCT” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that pursuant to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Deed Poll, the Subscription Rights of the Warrants E will expire on Thursday, 27 August 2020 at 5.00 p.m. Accordingly, all Warrants E holders who intends to exercise their Warrants E are advised to submit the requisite documents to the Company’s Share Registrar, Boardroom Share Registrars Sdn Bhd no later than 5.00 p.m. on Thursday, 27 August 2020. The Warrants E which remain unexercised after 5.00 p.m. on 27 August 2020 will then be removed from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 28 August 2020. Please find attached the advertisement relating to the expiry of Warrants E for your information. This announcement is dated 21 July 2020. |
