Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 25 April 2018 in relation to the entitlement date for the final single tier cash dividend of 3.0 sen per ordinary share for the financial year ended 31 December 2017, which will be payable on 22 June 2018 if approved by the Company's shareholders at the forthcoming Seventh Annual General Meeting of the Company (“Final Dividend”). Please be informed that Holders of Warrants E must first exercise their Warrants E and subscribe for ordinary shares in the Company in order to be entitled to the Final Dividend. All duly executed and completed Warrants E Subscription Forms received by the Company’s Share Registrar latest by 5.00 p.m. on Friday, 25 May 2018 shall be entitled to the Final Dividend.
