- The Expiry of Warrants (2015/2020)

The Board of Directors of WCT wishes to announce that pursuant to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Deed Poll, the Subscription Rights of the Warrants (2015/2020) (“Warrants E”) has expired at 5.00 p.m. today, 27 August 2020.

 

The Warrants E which remain unexercised after 5.00 p.m. on 27 August 2020 will then be removed from the Official List of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 28 August 2020.
